Shapoorji Pallonji &Co Ltd

We are located at Hig B-14 in the APHB Colony, which is right near the DLF IT Park in Cachibowli. This is the Hyderabad office for Shapoorji Pallonji &Co Ltd. Being so close to the IT park means we are right in the middle of all the new development happening in this part of the city. The office is a standard building in the colony, nothing that stands out as corporate. We just needed a place close to our project sites where we could keep our equipment and have a roof over our heads for the meetings. Most of our day is spent dealing with the logistics of moving materials through the Hyderabad traffic and making sure the labor teams have what they need. We have a few rooms filled with project files and drafting tables. It’s a bit messy with all the blueprints and samples of stone and tile laying around, but that’s just how a construction office looks. We don't spend money on fancy decor. We just need to make sure the work gets done and the buildings go up correctly. People around the colony know us as the construction guys who are always coming and going in their boots. It’s a simple, hardworking environment. We just do the work and try to stay on schedule despite the challenges. It’s mostly about the day-to-day grind and making sure the supplies are where they should be for the next shift.
