Our office is up on the fifth floor of the Bhavyas Anandam building on Nizampeth Road. If you know Kukatpally, you know it is always moving and there is construction everywhere you look. We are in Block C, room 506. It is a decent space, much higher up than some of our other ground-floor spots. From the windows, you can see a lot of the new buildings coming up in the surrounding area. We use this place mainly for managing the engineering side of things and keeping our documents in order. It is a bit more of a modern building, but inside it is still very much a working office. There are stacks of paper everywhere and blueprints rolled up in the corners of the rooms. We are not really into the whole minimalist design thing because we need space for all our gear. The elevators can be slow during the lunch hours, so we try to time our site visits around that to save time. People from all over the city come here to discuss various building projects. It involves a lot of coordination and making sure everyone is on the same page. We do not spend money on fancy art for the walls or expensive furniture. It is all very functional and simple. We have been part of the Hyderabad growth for years and this office is just where we manage our part.
