Shapoorji Pallonji & Co Ltd, Hyderabad

Even though the name says Hyderabad, we are actually operating out of Guntur. The office is in Siddhartha Apartments, specifically G.F-4 on the 5th Lane in Pandripuram. It is a quiet enough residential area, which makes for a decent place to get some work done without too much noise from the main roads. We have been here in Andhra Pradesh for a bit, handling the local side of things. It’s a ground floor unit, so it’s easy to step in and out when we have to visit sites or meet with people. The space isn’t very large, but it fits our desks and the equipment we need to keep things moving. Usually, the mornings start with a bit of a rush as we plan out the day’s tasks and check in on how the various projects are progressing nearby. Guntur can get quite hot in the summers, so we are thankful for the shade around the apartment building. We aren't trying to be anything corporate or flashy here. We are just a group of people making sure the jobs get finished. Sometimes we have tea breaks and talk about the local news or what is happening in the neighborhood. It’s a very normal office vibe where everyone knows each other. We focus on the practical side of the business, dealing with the nuts and bolts of the work every day without any big fuss.
