We are located in the Nacharam area of Hyderabad, which is basically where all the industrial action happens around here. If you come by this part of the city, you’ll see lots of trucks and warehouses. We spend our days dealing with pipes and getting them ready for whoever needs them. It’s a very simple operation. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you. It’s just a bunch of us working in a space filled with metal and dust. The weather in Hyderabad can be pretty brutal, so we’re usually sweating by mid-morning. We keep the fans running, but they only do so much. Our routine is pretty much the same every day. We check the stock, talk to the drivers, and try to keep things moving. There is always a lot of noise from the neighboring workshops, but you stop noticing it after a while. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. Sometimes the orders get backed up because of traffic on the main roads, which can be a real headache. We just try to stay on top of things as best we can. The workspace is a bit cramped with all the inventory, but we’ve learned how to navigate around the stacks of pipes. It’s just a regular local business trying to get the work done without making a big deal out of it. We like being in Nacharam because it keeps us close to the action.
