Our office is located on Kondapur Main Street in Hyderabad. We share the space with N. Venkatesh Siva, which makes it easier for people to find us if they know him. Kondapur has changed a lot lately with all the new buildings, but we’re still here doing our thing. We focus on technical work. It’s a lot of specialized tasks that require a bit of focus. The office is pretty basic. We have some desks, a few computers, and a lot of coffee. We spend our days troubleshooting and working through various problems for our clients. It’s not always easy, but we’ve been doing it long enough to know the ropes. We don't have a big reception area or a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. We aren't interested in sounding like a big multinational. We’re just a local team that knows what they’re doing. The street outside is always noisy with traffic, but we get used to it. We just focus on the task at hand. We don't have any flashy brochures or a big sales pitch. People come to us because they need something fixed or managed, and we do our best to help them out. It’s just an honest day's work for us. We just stick to our schedules and get through the technical hurdles that come up every single day.
