If you find yourself in Nehru Nagar in Cumbum, you’ll find Satyavani Contructions & Consultency at 5/56. We’ve been operating out of the Prakasham district for some time now. It’s a quiet enough area most days, which is nice when we need to sit down and figure out a tricky construction problem. Our work involves a lot of back-and-forth between the office and whatever plot of land we are building on at the moment. We handle the building part and also the consulting side, though mostly it’s just us talking through how to get a job done right without wasting materials. The office is simple, just what we need to stay organized. We aren't big on fancy meetings; we’d rather be out on the site checking the foundations. Cumbum is where we live and work, so we care about what we build here. Sometimes the rain slows things down, but that’s just part of life in Andhra Pradesh. We know most of the local suppliers by name, and they know us. It’s a small community vibe where your reputation is based on the last thing you built. We try to keep our word and get the work finished, even if it takes a bit of extra sweat. There’s no big secret to what we do, just showing up and putting in the hours. It’s been our way of life for a long time and we don't see that changing anytime soon.
