Sapphire Technologies

Sapphire Technologies is based here in Hyderabad, over in the Tarnaka area. Our office is at Flat No.403 in the Sai Sadan Appts, which is on Street No. 10 at 12-13-328. The building is easy to find if you know the neighborhood. It’s a fourth-floor office, so we get a bit of a view, but mostly we are just looking at our screens. We do a lot of technical work, but we don't feel the need to act like a giant tech firm. We’re just a small team in a regular apartment building. The office is often a bit messy with cables and hardware lying around, but that’s just the nature of what we do. Hyderabad is a fast city, but Tarnaka has its own pace. We usually grab lunch from one of the local spots nearby and then get right back to it. There’s no polished corporate talk here. We just explain things as they are. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, and we just deal with it like everyone else does. It’s a practical environment. We don't have a mission statement on the wall; we just have a list of things that need to be finished by the end of the week. Being in Sai Sadan Appts feels like being part of a community rather than just a workplace. It’s a good spot for us to get our work done.
