Our office is tucked away in Allwyn Colony, specifically Phase II. We are working out of Mahender Rao's place at H.No. 368/A. It’s a bit of a residential area, so it feels very different from those big industrial parks. Since we deal with electricals, there is always some kind of wire or component laying around the place. We might have a transformer or a motor sitting in the corner waiting to be looked at. It’s a bit cramped sometimes with all the gear, but we make it work. The weather in Hyderabad can be brutal, so we usually have the windows open to catch any breeze we can. We are a small crew. We know our regulars and they know where to find us. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find a receptionist or a waiting room. You just walk in and someone will be there to help you out. We spend a lot of our time on-site or tinkering with things at our benches. There is always a smell of solder and old metal in the air. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. We just do the repairs and the installations and let the work speak for itself. It’s been this way for a long time. We just keep our tools sharp and our schedules as full as we can manage.
