Sales Coordinator

Our workspace is at Mig2156 in the BHEL area of R.C. Puram, Hyderabad. It’s a well-known part of the city because of the industrial township. We act as Sales Coordinators here. The office is really just a functional space where we handle all our paperwork and phone calls. It’s not decorated with expensive art or anything like that. We have some old calendars on the wall and a few plants that we sometimes forget to water. Working in the BHEL area means we are surrounded by a lot of working-class energy, which we really like. It’s a practical place for a practical business. We coordinate between buyers and sellers, trying to make sure everything lines up. Sometimes it feels like we’re solving a giant puzzle, but that’s the nature of sales. We aren't a big company with a HR department or anything like that. It’s just a small group of us trying to make a living. We speak a mix of languages depending on who walks through the door. Hyderabad is a great city for this kind of work. The weather can be tough in the summer, but we just turn the fan up and keep at it. We don't have a polished website or a big marketing budget. We just rely on doing our job and letting people find us through word of mouth. It’s worked out okay for us so far. It’s a good spot for us, even if it gets a bit cramped.
