We are located over in Erragadda, specifically at Hno 8-4-379/55 in Old Sulthan Nagar. If you’ve ever been to this part of Hyderabad, you know it stays busy from morning until late at night. Our agency is right in the thick of it. We spend most of our time taking orders over the phone or checking the stock in the back room. It’s a bit cramped because we try to keep as much as possible on hand for when people need it. The building itself is nothing special, just a regular house turned into a workspace. We have piles of invoices everywhere and the computer is a bit slow, but it gets the job done eventually. Dealing with deliveries in these narrow streets is always a challenge. The drivers complain about the parking, and we spend half our time moving things around to make space. It’s a noisy place with the horns honking outside and the neighbors always coming by to chat. We know most of the people around Old Sulthan Nagar by now. It’s a tight-knit spot despite the chaos. We just try to keep the agency running smoothly, even when the power cuts off or we can't find a specific file. It’s just us working hard in a busy corner of Hyderabad, making sure everything gets where it needs to go. We stay open late most nights just to finish up the paperwork.
