Sai Balaji Constructions

Our place is located in Langer Houz, specifically at H.No. 9-1-43/26 in Prashanth Nagar. We are right across from Kosaraju Hospital and near Valmiki Mess, so finding us isn't too difficult if you know the landmarks. Sai Balaji Constructions is a local operation. We spend our mornings checking on sites and our afternoons back here at the office handling the administrative side of things. Hyderabad is growing fast, and there is always some construction going on nearby. The mess next door smells like food around lunchtime, which is a nice distraction. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. We are just a small team of people who understand how to put buildings together. The office is a bit cramped with all the samples and paperwork, but it works for us. We drink a lot of tea and talk about cement, bricks, and labor schedules. It’s a very hands-on kind of job. We don’t have a marketing department or anything like that. We just rely on people seeing what we do and knowing where we are. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our feet. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it’s quiet enough to actually get some filing done. That’s just how it goes here in Prashanth Nagar. We just keep moving forward with the work we have.
