You can find our office over in Tirupati, specifically in the Kenady Nagar area. Our setup is at D.No. 19-9-24 and S. Venu is usually the person you will find running things on the ground here. Chittor district gets incredibly hot in the summer, so the warehouse feels like a furnace during the month of May. We handle a lot of cement bags that come in from the main plants nearby. It involves a lot of heavy lifting and making sure the inventory counts actually match what is written on the manifests. The office part of the building is just a small room with a ceiling fan and a couple of old chairs for visitors. We do not have a big sales team or anything like that. Most of the folks who buy from us are local contractors or people just building their own houses in the neighborhood. We have been in this same spot for years and all the neighbors know us. Sometimes the big delivery trucks get stuck in the narrow lanes of Kenady Nagar, which causes a bit of a problem for the local traffic. We try to get all the loading and unloading done very early in the morning before the streets get too crowded. It is a simple life for us here. We talk to the drivers, check the papers, and drink plenty of tea to stay focused. There is always a layer of grey dust on everything.
