Rv Nirman Private Lmited is based in Hyderabad, specifically at Flat No 207 in the Vaishali Apartment'S on D.K.Road. Our office is basically an apartment that we turned into a workspace, which is pretty common for businesses around here. It has a bit of a homey feel even though we are working on serious building and construction projects every day. Since we are in the Hyd-16 area, we are right in the middle of a lot of local activity. D.K.Road can get pretty packed with traffic during the rush hours in the morning and evening. Inside the flat, we have set up our desks and computers where we handle all the nirman or construction planning tasks. It is a lot of paperwork and calculating costs and talking to contractors on the phone. We don’t have a big corporate sign out front, just the regular flat number on the door. It’s a quiet place to work compared to the street noise outside. We focus on the local projects and try to keep everything on track. Sometimes things get delayed because of the weather or getting materials on time, but we just keep pushing through the problems. We’ve been working from this apartment for a while now and the setup works for us. We are just a group of people who know how to build things and we spend our days making sure those things actually happen. It is just business.
