We operate out of 1-10-73 in Dwarakapuram, which is right in the Dilsukhnagar area of Hyderabad. It’s a very busy neighborhood with a lot going on all the time. Our office is where we handle all the construction planning and talk to people about their building needs. It’s not a huge place, just a few rooms where we keep our blueprints and tools. We’ve been in this part of Hyderabad for years, and we know these streets like the back of our hands. Construction is a noisy and busy business, so our office is often a bit of a hub with people coming and going. We have a lot of samples of bricks and tiles lying around. Sometimes the dust from outside gets in, but that’s just life in Dilsukhnagar. We aren't big on fancy meetings; we usually just sit down with a glass of water and talk through what needs to be done. It’s a practical, hardworking atmosphere. We focus on getting the buildings up and making sure the foundations are solid. It’s a good life, and we like being right here in the heart of the community where we can see our projects happening. We don't have a lot of expensive decorations, just the things we need to work. Every morning starts with a quick meeting and some tea before the real work begins. We just keep things moving.
