Roshni Developers

Working out of Shyamala Nilayam in Prajay Sai Gardens is pretty peaceful. We are at Plot No 281, which is part of the ECIL area in Bandlaguda. M.Nagavalli and Mr. V.Bhasker Rao have been here at this location for a while, and it’s where Roshni Developers operates from. The garden area makes for a nice view when we’re stuck behind our desks all day. It’s a bit of a drive if you’re coming from the center of Hyderabad, but we like being out this way. The office is basically a few rooms in the house filled with maps and ledgers. We don't use much fancy software; it’s mostly just us talking and making notes on paper. The neighborhood is mostly families, so it’s quiet until the schools let out in the afternoon. Sometimes we have meetings out on the porch if the weather isn't too hot. We’ve got a lot of history at this address, and the walls are covered with photos from old projects. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find people in suits. We’re usually in casual clothes, just getting through the to-do list for the week. It’s a bit of a walk to find a decent place for lunch, so we usually bring our own or have someone pick something up from the market nearby. It’s a straightforward, local way to run things that feels right for us.
