Roshni Developers

We've been at H.No.133 in Neelima Duplex House for a while now. Pragathi Enclave is a quiet enough spot in Miyapur, though the traffic on the main road can get pretty bad during rush hour. It’s just a regular house where we handle the paperwork and meetings for Roshni Developers. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside while we’re trying to get through the afternoon's emails. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s mostly just desks, a few chairs for visitors, and a lot of files stacked up on the side. The tea stall down the street is where we usually get our breaks. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Most days it’s just us figuring out the next steps for the projects we have going on. It’s not a corporate skyscraper or a flashy office park, just a duplex in a residential area where things get done. We’ve been here long enough that the local delivery guys know exactly where to drop things off without calling for directions. It’s a simple setup. We like that we can just step out into the enclave and walk around a bit when things get stressful. There’s always someone coming or going, usually talking about site updates or checking on some permits. It’s a busy house but it feels like home for the business.
