Rolls-Royce Industrial Power (India) Limited

We are based in the Gunrock Enclave area of Secunderabad, over in Phase I near Gate Number 4. It’s a bit of a maze back in Sikh Village but once you find us, it’s pretty quiet. We deal with industrial power stuff, which sounds complicated but it’s mostly about making sure big machines have the energy they need to run right. The office is at No: 79A and it’s a sturdy old building with plenty of room for our files. We don't have a lot of walk-in customers because most of our work is done on-site at various plants. Usually, it’s just us and the humming of the air conditioner during the hot months. We’ve got a small team here and we’ve been at this for a long time. There isn't any fancy lobby or a person in a uniform at the door. You just knock and come on in. We drink a lot of tea and talk through the technical problems that crop up during the week. It’s a steady pace of life. We like the neighborhood because it’s got some history and isn't as crowded as the main city center. Our days are spent checking specs and making sure the industrial gear we manage is doing what it's supposed to. It’s simple work done by people who’ve been in the trade for years and don't need much more than a desk and a good phone line.
