Rinl (Visakhapatnam Steel Plant)

We are located over at 110A in Sector-8 of Ukkunagaram. Being part of the Visakhapatnam Steel Plant ecosystem means there’s always something happening, even if our specific spot is a bit more tucked away. The air here always has that industrial feel to it, and you can see the plant structures in the distance. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space with some chairs, tables, and a couple of old computers that we use for the logs. We handle the technical side of things and keep track of materials. It’s a lot of manual checking and making sure things are where they are supposed to be. The heat in Andhra can be tough in the summer months, so we take our breaks when we can. We've got a small group here and we’ve all known each other for a long time. It’s not about being the biggest or the most famous; it's just about getting the work done so the plant keeps running smooth. We don't use much fancy talk or business jargon. If a job needs doing, we go out and do it. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of all the construction and movement nearby, but that’s just part of the environment. We like the routine of it all and the fact that we are a small piece of a much larger operation that keeps the city going.
