Riba Constructions Pvt Ltd,Hyderabad

Our office is at Plot 61, inside the Siddhartha Apartments over in Siddhartha Nagar. It’s tucked behind Vengal Rao Nagar here in Hyderabad. It’s a bit of a weird spot for a construction company, Riba Constructions Pvt Ltd, being in an apartment building, but it works for us. We use the ground floor space mostly for the administrative stuff and meeting with clients. It’s a bit quieter than a standard construction yard, which is nice for when we need to focus on the drawings. We still have our trucks and gear parked nearby, but the main office is here. I usually walk to work because I live close by, which saves me from the Hyderabad traffic. The apartment building is pretty old, but it’s sturdy. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with teams spread out across the city. It feels more like a small family business than anything else. Sometimes the neighbors complain if we’re moving heavy things late at night, so we try to be careful. We aren't some giant corporation with a glass building. We’re just regular people working out of a regular apartment. It gets the job done and keeps our overhead low. Most of our days are spent on the phone or looking at site photos to make sure everything is on track. It is a bit cramped with all the blueprints, but we manage to find what we need eventually.
