We’re located over in Ramudu Valasa in Hyderabad. Riba Construction Pvt. Ltd has been tucked away in this spot for a while. Hyderabad is a massive city and it’s always growing, so there is no shortage of things to do. Our place is simple. We have a few rooms where we keep the records and where the guys meet up in the morning before heading out. The traffic around here can be a real nightmare sometimes, so we spend a lot of time sitting in the van. It’s just regular life for us. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India, just a solid one that people in the neighborhood know about. I usually spend my mornings checking on the supplies and making sure we have enough gravel or rebar for whatever we are working on that day. The 92052 area can be busy. It’s a lot of physical labor and keeping track of small details that most people don't think about. My desk is usually covered in receipts and half-empty coffee cups. We don't do anything flashy. If a wall needs building or a floor needs pouring, we’re the ones doing it. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes we even work Sundays if the deadline is tight. We just try to get the job done right so we can go home and rest. It is a bit of a grind, but we like seeing the buildings go up.
