This is our office for Real Estate Bank India Pvt Ltd. We are on the 2nd Floor, specifically Flat No-9 in Block-C of the Jayanthi Swamy Nilayam building. It’s located in Quthbullapur. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs but it’s a decent space once you get there. We chose this spot because it's right in the middle of where things are happening. We handle various property matters from this room. It’s not a huge team, just a few of us who know how to read the maps and the legal papers. We have a few computers and a lot of pens that always seem to go missing during the day. People come to us when they are confused about land titles or if they need someone to help them figure out if a flat is a good deal for them. We don't give them a sales pitch. We just show them what we found on the records. Sometimes the news isn't what they want to hear, but we tell them anyway. That’s just how it goes in this business. Quthbullapur is growing and there are lots of new developments, so we stay pretty busy keeping track of it all. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just show up in the morning, answer the emails, talk to whoever walks in, and try to be helpful with the property stuff.
