We are located in Kukatpalle at the Prabhat Apartments. Our space is room 105 in Sangeethnagar. It is more of a residential-feeling neighborhood, which makes the office feel a bit more comfortable than some cold, modern office building downtown. We have got some plants in the corner and the kitchen usually has a kettle going for tea. Being in this part of Andhra Pradesh means we are close to a lot of the city action but tucked away enough to actually get some serious thinking done without distractions. We spend a lot of time looking at local maps and checking on how our various projects are doing. It is a lot of back and forth with different departments and suppliers. The parking around here can be a bit of a mess sometimes because the street is quite narrow, but we always find a way to make it work. Most of the people working here have been with us for a long time and we feel like a small family. We are not a big corporation with HR departments and formal rules. If there is a problem with a job, we just sit down and talk about it over lunch. It is a very hands-on way of doing things. We try to keep the desk clutter down, but by the end of every week, there are usually papers and drawings spread out everywhere. That is just how it goes.
