Rani Construction Pvt. Ltd has been operating out of the Navaketan Complex for a good while. Our office is number 413, which is on the fourth floor of the building at 62 S.D Road. Secunderabad is a very busy place, and S.D Road is right in the center of all that noise and movement. If you come by to visit, you'll see it’s a standard business complex with a lot of different offices. Ours is a simple setup. We have our desks, some filing cabinets for the project paperwork, and a few chairs for when people come in to talk about work. It isn't a fancy corporate headquarters. We deal with construction projects, so there is usually some dust on the floor and lots of rolled-up blueprints in the corners. The 500003 area is where we do most of our administrative work. We spend our days coordinating with the site crews and making sure the materials are delivered where they need to go. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking schedules. The office gets some good light in the afternoon, but it can get quite warm. We have a small staff here keeping the business running. We don't spend much on decorations because we’re more focused on the actual building work. It’s a practical environment for people who know the construction trade. We’ve been at this S.D Road location for years.
