Rangaraya

Rangaraya is basically run by Manoj Kumar and a small, dedicated team working out of Shankaranilayam. Our address is H No: 1-9-1113/31/A/13 in the Vidyanagar area of Hyderabad. Since we are in a residential neighborhood, the whole atmosphere of the office is pretty relaxed and low-key. We are not a massive firm with hundreds of employees or anything like that. It is just a handful of us sitting at our desks trying to get things done every day. Hyderabad is a very busy city, but Vidyanagar has its own slower pace that we really appreciate. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves and handle business our own way. There is no corporate ladder here to climb, just a lot of tasks to finish and plenty of tea and coffee to keep us going. We do not have a dedicated receptionist, so if you call, one of us just picks up the phone between tasks. Sometimes we end up working late into the night if a project is particularly difficult. We do not have a polished website or a big sign hanging outside. Most of our work comes from people just telling other people about us. It is a very hands-on type of operation. Manoj stays involved in almost everything we do, so we stay on top of the details. We just focus on the day-to-day work and try not to make things more complicated than they need to be.
