If you are looking for us, we are located at 32 Kachhiyana, right behind the Lordgunj Police Station in Jabalpur. It is a pretty well-known spot, so most people don't have trouble finding the building. We handle estates and farms, which means we spend a lot of time thinking about land and property around here. The office isn't anything fancy. It’s just a place for us to meet and talk about what’s happening with the different plots we look after. Being near the police station makes it easy to give directions. We have been in this part of 482013 for a good while. The team here is small, and we mostly just talk to locals who have been around as long as we have. We don’t use any of those big real estate buzzwords because they don't really mean much to us. We just know the land. Some days are spent out in the fields, and other days we are stuck inside doing the paperwork. It’s a mix of both. We keep things low-key and don't try to impress anyone with shiny signs. We just want to make sure the work is done right. The neighborhood is okay, a bit busy during the day, but it settles down.
