Raichur Thermal Power Station

This specific office is run by S. Raja Arun Kumar and we are based out of Jeedimetla in Secunderabad. It’s a bit of an interesting setup because while the name says Raichur Thermal Power Station, our administrative handling happens here. Working in the power sector means there is always something going on. We deal with a lot of technical details and paperwork that comes with running a big utility operation. Jeedimetla is a pretty industrial area, so we fit right in with the surroundings. It's not a place for tourists, that’s for sure. Most of our day is spent looking over reports and making sure the logistics side of things is moving along. We have a small team here. It can get pretty loud outside with all the trucks and workshops nearby. We don't really do the whole corporate branding thing. We just show up, do the work, and head home. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it is quiet enough to actually get through the filing. We've been at this address for a while and most of the locals know where Raja Arun Kumar’s office is. It is a practical space for practical work. Nothing more and nothing less. We keep the lights on, literally and figuratively. It takes a lot of coordination to keep things running between the main station and this office, but we have a system that works for us. We aren't flashy, just focused on the electricity side of life. Everything is pretty functional around this part of town.
