Raghava Estates Ltd

Raghava Estates Ltd is based in a penthouse office in Madhuranagar, Hyderabad. To find us, you have to go to F-66 and look for Narayanaswamy’s place. It’s in the Yellareddyguda area, which is a pretty central part of the city. Being in the penthouse is nice because we get a decent breeze, which helps with the Hyderabad heat, even though the climb up can be a bit much if the elevator is acting up again. The office is full of maps and property documents stacked in various piles. We spend most of our time on the phone talking to people about land or meeting with folks who drop by to ask questions. It’s a busy environment and the phones never seem to stop ringing for long. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and take a few minutes to breathe when things get too hectic. The neighborhood has a lot of energy, and there are plenty of places nearby to grab a quick bite to eat. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and everyone in the building knows us. We don’t really use any big marketing slogans or try to sound like a giant corporation. We’re just a group of people working out of a penthouse, trying to keep our estate business running as smoothly as possible. It is a lot of coordination and late evenings, but we manage to stay on top of things.
