Yousufain Colony in Kanchanbagh is where we do our work. Our office is actually at House Number 18-1-350/11/50/A, and it’s the place belonging to Mohd Nawab. Since we are in a residential colony, it feels a lot different than working in one of those big glass buildings in HITEC City. We handle various tasks for Qatar Fuel Company right from here. It’s a lot of organizing and managing papers, and the phone never really stops ringing. Because it’s a house, there’s always a bit of life going on around us, with neighbors passing by and family members around. We don’t have any polished marketing materials or a big reception desk. We just have a quiet room where we sit with our files and try to keep everything in order. Finding the house can be a little tricky if you aren't from around here, as the lanes in Kanchanbagh can be a bit confusing. But we’ve been here a long time and everyone knows where Mohd Nawab lives. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation with thousands of employees. We are just a small group of people doing our jobs every day. We focus on the details of the fuel business and making sure that the logistics are handled properly. It’s practical, everyday work that keeps us very busy. We like the personal feel of working from the colony. It makes the day go by faster.
