We are a construction firm, but we don't act like those big fancy ones you see on TV. We’re just a local crew that works on buildings around the city. Our office is basically Suresh’s place, where we keep all the plans and the payroll records. It’s a busy house. Usually, the mornings start with a lot of shouting and getting the trucks loaded up with whatever we need for the site that day. Hyderabad is always growing, so there’s never a shortage of work, but the competition is tough. We just focus on our own jobs and try to do them well. We’ve been in S.R. Nagar for a long time and we know most of the suppliers in the area. They know we pay on time and don't cause trouble. We don't have a big mission statement or anything. We just want to build things that don't fall down and keep our workers busy. It’s dusty, physical work, and at the end of the day, we’re all pretty tired.
