Puravankara Projects Limited

We've been at Flat 304 in the S.V. Officers Colony for a while now. Most people know the spot over in Ramakrishnapuram. It’s a quiet area mostly, and being in Secunderabad means we are close to everything we need. We handle the Puravankara Projects Limited stuff from this office. It’s not a huge place, just a regular flat where we keep the files and get the work done during the day. Sometimes the traffic on the way to Hyderabad is a bit much, but that is just how it is around here. We just focus on the projects and making sure things stay on track. Usually, you can find someone here most mornings unless we are out on a site visit. People stop by sometimes to ask questions or just to see where we sit. It’s a pretty basic setup, nothing fancy with big signs or anything. We like it that way because it’s easy to manage. The neighborhood is good, mostly families and other offices around. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the Secunderabad area since we started here. The roads got busier and more shops opened up. But we are still in the same building, just doing our daily tasks. We don't really do much talking about what we do, we just do it. It’s a small team here. We know the local shopkeepers and where to get the best tea in the afternoon. That’s pretty much us, just working away in Flat 304.
