Project Secratery

This office is run out of Shayampet, specifically in the Koppula village area. It’s been a family-linked effort since I’m the son of G. Rajeshwar Rao. I handle the secretarial side of things for the various projects we get involved with. Warangal is where we live and work. Most of the time, I am answering emails or sorting through files to keep the projects organized. You can reach me at the Yahoo address if you have something specific to ask about. It’s not a huge operation with fancy furniture. It’s mostly just a desk, a computer, and a lot of folders. The village life is quiet, which helps when you have to focus on paperwork. I take care of the schedules and make sure the communications go where they are supposed to. Sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming when three projects start at once, but we manage. My father's name is on the address because that's how people know the location around here. We don't do much advertising. People usually just find us through word of mouth or they know the family. I spend a lot of time typing and checking the mail. It’s honest work. Keeping everything recorded and filed correctly is what keeps a project from falling apart. I grew up here, so I know the area well. It makes dealing with local contractors and workers a lot easier when you speak the same language and know the same people. It’s just me and the occasional helper. We stay busy enough.
