Processes

We are located in the Srinidhi Complex on Street 8 in Habshiguda. Hyderabad is a fast-paced city, but our little corner here stays relatively calm. The office is room 406. We just call ourselves Processes because that’s exactly what we focus on. We take things apart, look at how they work, and try to make them run a bit smoother. It’s a lot of desk work and looking at diagrams. The building has been there for years, and we’ve become a fixture in the neighborhood. You can find good biryani just around the corner, which is a plus for the team. We don’t have a flashy reception area or anything like that. It’s just some computers, a few filing cabinets, and people who know what they’re doing. We deal with various clients from across the state and beyond. Every day is a bit different depending on who calls. Sometimes we are buried in data, other times we are out visiting sites. We don’t use a lot of jargon when we talk to people. We just tell it like it is. If something is broken, we say so. If it’s working fine, we don’t mess with it. It’s a practical way to run a business. We like the stability of being in Habshiguda and plan to stay here as long as they’ll have us. There's always someone making a fresh pot of tea in the back. It helps when we have to sit and think.
