Our location is out in Chilkawada, which is part of the Jagtial mandal in the Karimnagar district. The house number is 1-1-49. It’s a bit of a trek if you aren't from around here, but it’s a solid place to be. The surroundings are more rural than the big cities, so things move at a slightly different pace. We operate out of a modest house that serves as our base. There is a lot of open space around, and you can see the fields when you step out the front door. Inside, it’s pretty basic. We have a few tables, some chairs that don't quite match, and a lot of paperwork. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who have been doing this for a while. We start early when it’s still cool outside. The walls are thick, which helps keep the heat out during the afternoon. We don't use any fancy software or high-tech gadgets for everything; a lot of things are still done with pen and paper because it’s easier that way for us. There is a sense of quiet here that you don't get in the city. Sometimes a tractor passes by and kicks up some dust, but otherwise, it's just the sound of us working. We aren't looking to change much about how we operate. It works for the community here and it works for us. Just plain, honest daily effort and getting things done one step at a time without needing to impress anybody.
