Prime Constructions

You can find Prime Constructions over at H.No: 51 in Jayalakshmi Nagar, Phase 2. This part of Beeramguda in Hyderabad has really seen a lot of growth recently. We’ve been here through most of it. Our work is pretty straightforward. We do residential construction and some small commercial projects when they come up. The office is just a part of the house where we keep the site maps and the ledgers. We don’t have a big staff. It is mostly a family-run operation. I spend my mornings checking on the labor at the different plots and my afternoons dealing with the material suppliers. Hyderabad is getting hotter every year, so we have to make sure the guys have enough water and shade while they work. We don't go in for big speeches or fancy brochures. If you want to know what we are about, you can just look at the houses we’ve finished in Jayalakshmi Nagar. We prefer to let the buildings speak for themselves. We know the local regulations and how to get things approved, which saves everyone a lot of headaches. It is a tough job with a lot of dust and noise, but it feels good to see a family move into a home we helped build. We just keep our heads down and do the work day by day. Building is what we know, and we just keep at it.
