Pratibha Industries Ltd

Our office in Hyderabad is located at H.No: 6-1-585/B/7 in Marithi Nagar, which is in the Khairatabad area. This is a very central part of the city, so things can get pretty lively during the day. Pratibha Industries Ltd has been using this space for a while now. It’s a standard house number, so it looks like a regular building from the street. We don't have a massive lobby with marble floors. Instead, you walk in and see our workspace with desks and filing cabinets. It’s a bit tight when we have a lot of people in at once, but we have managed to find a rhythm that works. The neighborhood has a lot of small businesses and homes mixed together. We usually go out for lunch at one of the local spots nearby. There is a lot of traffic in Khairatabad, so we usually tell people to give themselves extra time if they are coming over for a meeting. Inside the office, it’s mostly just the sound of keyboards and people talking on the phone. We don't use any fancy management jargon here. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to get home before the evening rush hour hits too hard. It’s a functional space for a hardworking team.
