Prakruthi Constructions

You can find us at Flat 201, GK Castle in Vijayanagar Colony, Hyderabad. Prakruthi Constructions is our small outfit. We’re mostly out at sites, so the office is often empty during the day. It’s a residential building, which makes it feel more like home than a cold office block. We’ve got blueprints rolled up in every corner and samples of tiles and bricks on the floor. Construction is a messy business, but we like it. We started this because we know how to build things that last. We don't use big words or have a sales team. If you want to talk to us, you just come to the flat and sit down for a chat. We’ve done a few projects around this part of Hyderabad. The neighbors know us. We try to keep our work honest and our costs down. It’s not about being the most famous builder, just about doing a decent job so we can get the next one. Our crew is small and we’ve all been in the trade since we were young. We don't have a flashy website or a big marketing budget. We just rely on the quality of our foundations and the word of mouth from people who’ve lived in our buildings. It’s a tough industry with lots of regulations, but we manage to stay on top of things by being careful and showing up on time every day.
