Penna Cement Industries Limited

We’re located over in Nacharam, Hyderabad. If you know where Johnson Grammar School is, we are right opposite that. The office is Flat No.103 on the 2nd Floor of Ratna Nidhi Nivas in Raghavendranagar. Penna Cement Industries Limited has been in this building for some time. It’s a regular residential-style building, so it feels quite local. We don't have a giant neon sign or anything. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working through spreadsheets. Being in Nacharam is handy because it’s a good hub for this kind of work. We get a lot of noise from the school kids during the day, but it keeps the place feeling alive. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit of a climb, but it’s good exercise. We keep a simple office. There’s a table, some chairs, and plenty of files about cement. We aren't trying to be the most modern office in Hyderabad. We just want a place where we can do our job properly. People in the building are friendly. Sometimes we grab a tea from the stall nearby when things get slow. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of workplace. We just do our bit for the company from this flat in Raghavendranagar. There is always something to do, whether it is checking stock or talking to the transport guys.
