We run Pbel Property Development India Pvt Ltd from G 1 in Gayatri Towers. You can find us in Gayatri Nagar, which is part of M J Colony over in the Moula Ali area of Hyderabad. It’s a decent-sized building and being on the ground floor at G 1 makes things pretty easy for us. We don't have to deal with elevators every single day. Moula Ali is a well-known part of town and we have been settled here for a good while. The office is just a place where we sit down and handle the property side of things. It isn't a showroom with bright lights. It’s more of a workspace where the actual planning and paperwork happen. Sometimes the area gets busy with people moving around M J Colony, but we don't mind the buzz. We have a small team here at Gayatri Towers. We know the security guards and the folks in the other units. It’s a nice community feel. Pbel Property Development India Pvt Ltd is just our way of working in the Hyderabad real estate world. We keep it simple and don't try to be something we aren't. We have our files, our phones, and a lot of work to get through. It’s a practical office for practical people. Most days are just about staying on top of the projects we have. We’ve been at this for years and the office has barely changed, which is fine by us as long as the work gets done.
