Orient Cement As A Training Manager

I work out of Swaroop Nagar in Uppal, specifically in flat 201 at S.K.S Residency. It’s more of a residential setup than a big warehouse, which keeps things a bit quieter for the planning side of the work. Being in Hyderabad, specifically this part of Uppal, means there is always a lot going on outside, but inside we are focused on the training side of the cement business. It is mostly about getting people ready and making sure they know the ropes before they head out to the bigger sites. My desk is usually covered in papers and schedules. Sometimes the neighbors wonder what we are doing with all the files and visits, but it is just part of the training manager routine. I’ve been in this spot for some time now. It’s convenient because the residency is easy to find once you get into Swaroop Nagar. I handle the coordination from here, talking to the teams and setting up the modules they need to get through. It isn’t a flashy corporate office with glass walls, just a regular space where the actual work gets planned out. Most days are spent on the phone or going through the latest safety updates. It’s a lot of coordination to keep everyone on the same page. People drop by for meetings or to pick up materials, and we just make it work within the space we have here in the flat.
