Ocimum Constructions Pvt Ltd is located in the Janapriya Apartments in Miyapur. We are in Door No-373/B, specifically in the 15th Block. It is a bit different working out of an apartment complex, but it works for us. Miyapur is a very fast-growing part of Hyderabad, and there is construction happening everywhere you look. Being in the Janapriya Apts puts us right in the middle of it all. Our office is basically a few rooms filled with files, computers, and a lot of empty tea cups. We focus on the construction side of things, so we are often out on-site more than we are in the office. When we are here, it is usually to catch up on paperwork or meet with a vendor. The 15th Block is easy to find once you get inside the main gates. It is a busy place with families and other small businesses all around. We like it because it feels like a real neighborhood, not some cold office park. We do not have a big receptionist or anything like that. Usually, you just walk in and find whoever is available at their desk. We handle the technical side of building things, making sure the math is right and the permits are in order. It is a lot of coordination and some long hours, but we get it done. It is just how we operate.
