Occimum Constructions is over here in Chintal, Hyderabad. Our place is actually inside Sri Ramanilayam in Dwarakanagar, right off Hmt Road. G Simhachalam is the one who handles most of the main things around here. It's a house that we use for the office, so it feels more like a home than a business most days. You’ll usually see some building materials or rolled up plans lying around the front. We do a lot of coordination from this spot. It’s not always quiet since the road is pretty close and there are always scooters going by. We’ve got a couple of desks squeezed into the front room. The fans are always running because it gets quite hot in Hyderabad. Most of the time, the team is out at different sites, so the office might just have one person in it. We have a small kitchen where we make tea and coffee. It’s a very practical setup. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because it doesn't really matter for the building work we do. If you need to find us, just look for the Ramanilayam building. We’ve been part of the local community for a bit now. Sometimes the internet goes out when it rains, but we just use our phones to get things done. It’s a straightforward construction business. We focus on the blueprints and making sure the supplies arrive. We just keep busy with the projects we have. We're usually here working hard.
