Nivee Property

We’ve been running Nivee Property out of Sanath Nagar for a while now. It’s a busy part of Hyderabad, and our office is right in the middle of all that noise and activity. Mostly, we just spend our days talking to people who want to sell their old plots or find a new place to stay. It’s not some big corporate setup with fancy glass walls or anything. We just have a few desks and some chairs for whoever drops by. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we take a break, but usually, there is someone on the phone asking about prices. Finding the right land around here is getting harder because everything is filling up so fast. We know the streets well because we walk them every day to check on sites. People come in with a lot of questions about paperwork and local rules, and we do our best to explain what we know from our experience. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going and try to keep things moving. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just helping folks buy and sell what they have. It’s a simple living. We like being in Sanath Nagar because everyone knows where it is. If you walk down the main road, you’ll probably see our sign eventually. It’s just us doing our job day in and day out without making a big fuss about it.
