M. Raju runs things here at Ncc in C. Ramapuram. Most people know the place through his father, M. Raveendra, since we are based right in the village area of Ramachandrapuram in Chittoor. It is a quiet spot, not like the big cities. We spend most of our mornings getting things ready and making sure everything is in order. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just deal with it and keep moving. We have been here for a while now, working from this specific address. People stop by when they need to talk about projects or just to see how things are going. It is a local setup, nothing too fancy or complicated. We don't have a big front office with glass doors, just a practical space where the real work happens. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty when the wind blows through the village, but that is just how it is around here. Raju is usually around if someone has a question. We handle the paperwork and the coordination from this small office. It works for us. We know the neighbors and they know where to find us. It’s a simple routine every day, starting early and finishing when the work is done. We try to keep things organized despite the limited space we have. There is always something to do, whether it is checking on supplies or making sure the logs are updated. Our days are full but we like the pace.
