National Mineral Development Corpn

Our office is tucked away in the Sri Vijaya Satya Residency, specifically in unit 104. We are right by the Hyderguda "X" Roads, so if you know where Usha Mohan Hospital is, you can’t really miss us. It’s a busy part of Attapur and Mehdipatnam, but inside the building, it stays quiet enough to get our work done. Being part of the National Mineral Development Corpn means we have a lot of paperwork and technical stuff to look after. We’ve been in this Hyderabad spot for a while now. Most people come by to drop off documents or talk about ongoing projects. The residency itself is a nice place to work out of, even if parking can be a bit of a headache during the middle of the day. We have a small team here, so everyone knows everyone. It’s not one of those big, cold corporate offices you see downtown. It’s just us in a regular room with desks and a few filing cabinets. Sometimes the power goes out or the traffic outside is a bit loud, but that’s just how it is living and working in this part of town. We stick to our routine and keep things moving. Most days are spent on the phone or looking at maps and mineral data. It’s straightforward work and we like being near the hospital landmark because it makes giving directions a lot simpler for visitors who aren't from around here. It's just a basic office space.
