Our office for Naseer Electricals Pvt.Ltd is tucked behind Medinova in the Somajiguda area of Hyderabad. Specifically, we are over in the Druvathara Apartments, right by Rajyalaxmi Medicals. It is a busy part of the city, so there is always a lot of movement outside our windows. Being behind a big landmark like Medinova means we get a lot of people asking for directions, which we don't mind helping with. The space inside isn't very large, but we have managed to fit everything we need into it. There are shelves full of old files and some computers that have been with us for years. It gets a little cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work somehow. Somajiguda is a place where everything is fast, but inside our doors, things feel a bit more steady and calm. We drink a lot of coffee and spend a lot of time looking at screens or talking through different projects. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. Instead, we just have a calendar that is usually marked up with scribbles and notes for the week. It feels like a real workplace because it actually is one. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a lobby or a receptionist. We just do our jobs and try to stay out of the heavy traffic when it's time to head home in the evening.
