Nagarjuna Construction Company Limited

Over in West Marredpally, we have our ground floor office at No-30 in the Syndicate Bank Colony. Nagarjuna Construction Company Limited uses this space to manage everything we have going on in the Secunderabad area. It is a fairly quiet spot, which is nice when we need to concentrate on the complicated drawings and budget sheets. The office has a bit of an old-fashioned feel to it, with heavy desks and plenty of paper everywhere. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that because we prefer to put our energy into the actual building sites. There is usually someone coming in to drop off an invoice or pick up some instructions for a crew. We drink a lot of water because of the heat, and the fan is always humming in the background. It feels like a real workplace where people aren't afraid to get their hands dirty. We track the movement of cement, sand, and steel from this little office. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. It’s a very human way to run a business. We know the local suppliers and they know us, which makes the work go a bit smoother. We aren't trying to impress anyone; we just want to make sure the walls we build stay standing and the work stays on track. That is basically what we do here day in and day out.
