It’s an older part of town with a lot of character, and we’ve been here for quite some time. Our office is where all the planning happens, but you’ll usually find us out at the job sites. We deal with all sorts of construction projects, mostly helping people get their buildings up and running. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of noise, dust, and dealing with paperwork. We have a small team that’s been together for years. We don't use a lot of fancy corporate talk because that's not who we are. We’re just local builders who know how to get things done in Tarnaka and the surrounding areas. Sometimes the city traffic makes it hard to get materials delivered on time, but we’ve learned to plan around the rush hours. We don't have a big marketing budget or a social media manager. Most of our work comes from people who saw a house we built and asked who did the work. It’s a steady way to run a business.
