We keep things very simple and don't worry much about how the office looks to outsiders. It’s about getting the work done and making sure the projects stay on track. Sometimes we sit out front in the evening just to catch a breeze. It is a down-to-earth place where we deal with the everyday realities of building things in a growing city like Hyderabad. It is just how we do things here at this branch.
