Nagarjuna Construction Co. Ltd., Hyderabad

It might seem a little confusing to see Hyderabad in the name when we are actually sitting here in New Delhi, but that is just how our branch of Nagarjuna Construction Co. Ltd. is set up. We are tucked away in Shardapuri, over in the Raja Garden area at B-72. Kamal Kumar Jain and Narendra Ku Jain are the ones usually keeping an eye on things here. The office isn't anything spectacular to look at. It is mostly just filled with files and old folders that have seen better days. Living and working in Delhi means dealing with the noise and the heat, and our little spot in Shardapuri is no exception to that. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or coordinating with people who are actually out there doing the physical labor. It gets pretty hectic around here during the peak of a project. We don't have a lot of polished speeches or glossy brochures lying around. Instead, you will find maps of the local area and schedules pinned to the walls. It’s a very hands-on kind of environment where everyone knows everyone else’s business. We just try to get through the pile of work on our desks so we can get home at a decent hour. It is a local operation through and through, even if the main name points somewhere else. We are just part of the neighborhood here.
