Myhome Constructions P Ltd

We run Myhome Constructions P Ltd out of a flat in Yashodha Apartments. It’s Flat 302, right in the middle of Bhagyanagar Colony in KPHB. It’s a pretty convenient spot in Hyderabad because everything is close by. We aren't one of those massive firms with a huge lobby. Instead, we have our meetings right here in the apartment, surrounded by stacks of files and rolls of drawings. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it stays relatively quiet until the construction equipment starts up nearby. We focus on getting houses and small buildings up and running. Most of our day is spent coordinating with site supervisors and checking on progress across the city. Hyderabad’s weather can be tough on the laborers, so we try to plan the heavy work for the cooler hours. People in KPHB often ask us for advice on their own renovations, and we help out where we can. It’s a lot of juggling schedules and making sure the gravel arrives when it’s supposed to. Sometimes things go wrong, a pipe leaks or a delivery is late, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. That’s just the reality of the building trade. We’ve been in Bhagyanagar Colony long enough to know most of the local suppliers. It’s a straightforward operation without any unnecessary bells and whistles. We just like building things that stay standing for a long time. It keeps us busy and the team is always on the move.
